Admission forms
If there are any alterations i.e. allergies, phone numbers etc, could you please notify us of these changes as soon as possible to keep our files up to date. These are vastly important should we need to contact you or give medical information in case of accident.
Winter weather
Should we have to close for bad weather during the term you will be contacted by text or telephone. We have planned to do a week of snowy activities for week 5, should it snow before week 5 we will swap that weeks activities to those on week 5 so don’t forget that all children should provide suitable clothes to wear outside including hats, gloves scarf and wellies.
Safeguarding children statement:
Forton Nursery believes that every child is entitled to a safe and happy environment. All staff associated with Forton nursery are committed to this. The nursery safeguarding officers are Sophia Murray and Helen Davies. Should any one have any concerns regarding the welfare of any child and if any issues are beyond our knowledge area then the advice from an appropriate professional agency will be sought. We expect all adults allied to forton nursery to adopt these principles.
Best wishes,
Sophie.
